The concept was developed in 2019 after seeing an opportunity for stronger daytime concepts during weekends. The vision was simple: take the R&B bangers and vibe you normally get from a night out with your friends, and move it into a beautiful restaurant setting on a Saturday - during the day.
Personalization became an important part of the concept from the beginning. Small touches like handwritten table cards and decorated tables help create a warmer and more memorable guest experience.
Every booking receives a handwritten table card.Tables celebrating birthdays, bachelorette parties or other milestones are decorated.Guests are welcomed personally at the door.A DJ sets the tone throughout the brunch.


The identity was initially playful and expressive, built around a pink and vibrant visual universe reflecting energy and social connection.
In 2024 the concept was rebranded into a more elevated expression with a hand-drawn logo, while maintaining the handwritten elements that define the experience.


Built entirely through social media and word of mouth, Brunch Vibess runs every Saturday throughout the year and has maintained an average booking rate of around 90% since 2020 — including through periods of restrictions.
In 2026 it celebrates seven years as a recurring Saturday concept in Oslo.
